Michael Carpenter
Mike has been part of the GC/AAA Fences team since 1986 and plays a key role in both sales and field operations. He leads commercial sales efforts and oversees our team of skilled installers, helping ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
VP of Sales & Business Relations
Trent Welch
​Trent has been with GC/AAA Fences since 1997 and leads our residential sales team. In addition to working directly with customers, he manages our aluminum inventory, helping ensure materials are available and projects stay on schedule.
Shop Manager
Greg Noonan​
Greg has been with GC/AAA Fences since 1998. He manages daily operations in the shop and yard. He oversees incoming inventory, maintains wood and chain link stock, and handles equipment issues. Greg has recently taken on an expanded role supporting residential sales.
Office Manager
Doreen Bisson​
Doreen has been with GC/AAA Fences since 1999 and plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. She oversees all bookkeeping functions and provides essential administrative and office support, helping ensure the business operates efficiently and effectively.

John Kirchdorfer
​John has been with GC/AAA Fences since 2000 and oversees the safety and efficiency of our installation teams. He works closely with crews in the field to support day-to-day operations and help ensure company standards and goals are consistently met.
