Estate II with Lattice Top

The Estate II with Lattice Top panels are fabricated using NVP profiles and Permalatt Lattice. The bottom and mid rails are 2" x 6" Deco Rails, top rail is 2" x 3-1/2", and boards are 7/8" x 11.3" Interlocking T&G. The Lattice is Permalatt Durashell, available in diagonal or square. Estate II with Lattice Top panels must be stepped when on a grade, as shown below. Straight tapered panels and custom tapered panels may be used to transition at the end of a line.
